Francis Wong is a registered Los Angeles patent attorney and focuses his practice on patent prosecution and patent infringement cases. He represents clients in enforcing and defending intellectual property rights federal courts as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He prepares and prosecutes patent applications in the areas of biotechnology and mechanical devices. His work involves prosecuting patent applications in the United States and internationally. He also prepares patentability, validity, freedom to operate, and infringement opinions. Additionally, he represents clients in trademark litigation. During law school, he externed with the Honorable Lauren S. Holland at the Lane County Circuit Court in Eugene, Oregon.
