As a registered patent attorney, Lloyd Vu’s practice focuses on patent litigation, patent prosecution and technology licensing. He regularly assists clients with U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, patent novelty/validity/infringement opinions, design availability analyses, and technology licensing matters. He represents clients in enforcing and defending intellectual property rights in state and federal courts. While attending law school at U.C. Hastings, he externed for the Honorable David O. Carter in the Central District of California, interned for the ACLU of Northern California, and was Managing Editor of the Hastings Law Journal.
