Iain Austin Hill

Iain Austin Hill is a registered patent attorney who has a scientific background in biomedical engineering, neuroscience, and biochemistry.   Mr. Hill also has experience in pre-trial litigation matters.   Mr. Hill’s duties at TLO involve all phases of patent prosecution in the United States and globally.  His duties also include all phases of patent and trademark litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and pre-trial preparation in Federal Courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  His outside interests include active participation in Keep Tahoe Blue, an environmental conservation organization.
