Vicky Chou

Vicky Chou is a registered patent attorney. In addition to degrees in biotechnology and life sciences, Mrs. Chou holds a juris doctor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Laws degree from the USC Gould School of Law. She has experience in preparing petitions for Inter Partes Review (IPR) in cases challenging the patents of patent trolls.

  • Taiwanese Science and Technology Law Institute (STLI)
    Drafted opinions for the Taiwanese government on a wide range of patent licensing issues and consulted with officials at the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs regarding technology licensing agreements.
